Novora is intentionally structured as an owner-led business. Leadership remains actively involved in the day-to-day management of properties, rather than delegating responsibility through layers of junior staff.
This approach provides landlords with clarity around who is responsible for decisions, how issues are managed, and what standards apply throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Joseph leads Novora with first-hand experience across every stage of residential property — as a tenant, homeowner, and landlord with multiple investment properties across Queensland.
His role focuses on overall management oversight, leasing strategy, and decision-making relating to property condition and long-term performance. Joseph remains closely involved to ensure service standards are applied consistently and properties are managed deliberately rather than reactively.
