Novora was created to raise the standard of residential property management by removing reactivity, inconsistency, and guesswork from the process.
We manage property deliberately. That means planning ahead for lease milestones, inspections, compliance, and maintenance, applying consistent standards, and documenting decisions so landlords always understand what is happening and why. Our role is not to chase issues as they arise, but to anticipate them and manage them properly.

Novora is led by Joseph Lordi and Monique Lordi, whose experience spans renting, home ownership, and managing multiple investment properties across Queensland.
